Since 2010, Simple Easy Transition founder Monica Black has been helping her clients navigate the transitions in their lives with grace, care, and expertise.
In her early years when she was raised by her grandparents, she saw firsthand the reality of the aging process, as she watched them go from independent to dependent. This experience stayed with her as she pursued a career in healthcare and management.
She developed her managerial and coordination skills managing successful marketing events and agency operations, as well as supporting patients as a nursing assistant. Monica’s expertise has launched products, rewarded employees, introduced new organizations, and led fundraisers. She has planned, budgeted, implemented, and managed numerous special events and campaigns for prestigious clients such as Loblaws, Scotiabank, Hyundai, and Fashion Cares. She brings a unique mix of care, leadership, and exceptional organizational abilities to her role as President.
Her strength in ‘getting things done’ on time and on budget creates immense value for her clients. This ability is passed onto her team of experts who operate in the same spirit of responsibility, reliability, and exceptional service.
