She worked with the character of each home and left them unique, but enhanced for sale. We received so many compliments on the look of the homes and no doubt, her staging increased the value. I also used Monica to clear out the contents of my mom's house after the sale. The contents were packed, donated and recycled. I was impressed with her care and consideration for the household items and her commitment to reducing waste as much as possible. Her team were exceptional - timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The house was cleared in 2 days and left in excellent condition.
